Catcher was removed to empty supposedly cleaned and left out so the area could
be cleaned and the drain opened up didn’t work as planned and the catcher is
due back tomorrow. The open top is due to be removed the compactor is repaired

It appears that the dumpster receptacle has been temporarily removed, and a new
empty open top has been placed outside the gate. Dennis, do you know what's
going on with that? As you can imagine, people are already piling trash on the
chute ramp so this probably won't end well.
