If we currently have a bunch of vendors sharing one code, then it's
probably a good idea to give each vendor their own code. Based on
Clara's email, I am guessing this is what's happening.
Going forward, there is no need to change all of the vehicular gate
codes for all vendors. What will likely happen is that CMA will
periodically run a report to see which codes are being used and when.
If a vendor code is being used during suspicious hours, then it is
considered compromised. In that case, only one specific code will need
to be changed.

Thanks Clara! If we can stress the importance of them not giving out the
code to anyone that would be great. That's been an issue throughout the
years. We might need to periodically remind them as they most likely change
staff from time to time. I can personally remind them periodically if you'd
like. Just send the info and I'm happy to reach out. Once you evaluate a
timing for this change, if you could let us know that would be great!

When we revamp the gate codes for the vendors do we have a way to contact
the post office and other vendors to make sure it's communicated they
aren't to give the code out? If not I can find a contact for the post
office and UPS since I work for UPS and I'm the liaison between us and the
post office in my division. I'd have to do some digging to find a FedEx
contact.
