The smoker is back. Hitched to a big white truck now. He may be moving it. Not
sure.
Also this morning there was a car parked in front of the dumpster. Not sure how
long it was there but they were definitely using it as a parking space.

It wasn't there since yesterday. It may have left and come back as I saw the
guy at the front gate in the 8am hour this morning. I thought it was someone
coming to do work as I couldn't make out what it was. We will need to address
this as we don't allow utility vehicles to rest here for long periods of times.
Since Chris saw it yesterday it sounds like someone might be trying to do this
more often than not.
On another note, I'm seeing the minutes still don't have the third vote. I'm
starting to feel better and will review them by tomorrow. If we could start
spreading responsibilities that would be great. It seems to often fall on a few
people on the board. When this happens it leaves little room for those who do
review the minutes or vote on items to have things going on in their lives
without it affecting the community or decision making.

Someone has a very large BBQ smoker on wheels parked in visitor parking on
the entry side, and when I just drove by, they had it up and running with
smoke coming out. Not sure what the rules are on this, but at any rate, it
has been parked there since yesterday. Just thought you might want to know.
