Issue
Please consider adding a check for clients with duplicate Ident values. Of
course this would be when both the idnumber and fk_lkident values matched.
This could be a simple typo. It could also indicate a duplicate client record,
one that edit distance did not catch for some reason. Or it could indicate a
problem with clients presenting false ID.
My guess is that this would be along the lines of the Integrity Check utilities
already provided within HIFIS. A simple text or HTML export would be enough to
capture the information.
