Category: Bug / Operations / Clients Originator: Weber, Glen Priority: High Issue: 1- The role that is initially assigned to the client seems to be the role that the client will always have assigned to them. You can make the change in family management but it will not make the change in the codes. If I changed a client from single 22001 to a partner 22003 it will show in the family management screen as changed but if you run monthly attendance as a csv file it still show the client as 22001. 2- When you make a change to the family management the family role is defaulted to dependant-child and the relationship turns red for mandatory input. What happens is we have staff select partner in the relationship box and move on. The family role should be mandatory so the correct role is inputted. If you go back to fix the role it will not show up changed in the proper assigned code. Solution: < le texte Français suit - French text below > Thank you for your feedback on the HIFIS software.
