Issue
Since they updated to 2072 this problem occurs in the PNA report.  They need to 
manually enter the Program End Date as Hifis is not doing it when the client is 
booked out.
She is sending a fax to show a related problem which is clients that have the 
wrong count show 22 days (all of them show a count of 22 days).  On the fax, 
you can tell that any count for the month of May is OK, but all counts prior to 
May are wrong.

Solution:
This has nothing to do with the version. They probably moved from single 
booking to family booking. The latter does not seem to close off 
progs/chores/services properly. This is not new. It has never been reported 
before...

Programs should now close automatically for family/graphical book-outs.
