Our new Super Cub has arrived at Harris Hill after its long trip from
Southern California.

Andy Brayer did the heavy hauling getting the Cub to Columbus, OH, where
unfortunately it was delayed for a week due to technical problems and
weather.  Andy had to return to California for work, so finally yesterday I
was able to fly the Cub rest of the way on a beautiful, but cold day.  I
was afraid handpropping would be required, but luckily the problem was
resolved so that was not necessary.

We all owe Andy a great debt for picking the Cub up in CA, getting it ready
for the long trip, and making it to a little over 300 miles from Harris
Hill, having flown over 1,800 miles to get there in a mix of beautiful and
difficult weather.

Unfortunately, we have some minor maintenance issues to resolve before the
Cub will be available for flying by Club members.  Also, since it is a new
airplane to us, we will have a check out procedure for those who wish to
fly it.
