Hello fellow glider pilots, clubs, and operations! I am sending this quick message to local clubs and gliderports to announce a friendly Glider Fun Meet for "little Guys" at Blairstown NJ this coming Memorial Day weekend May 25th, through May 29th, 2006. The meet is being run in cooperation with Yard's Creek Soaring and Aero Club Albatross. Thursday and Friday will be practice days and Saturday, Sunday, Monday will be competition days. The meet is open to pilots of Schweizer 1-26 and 2-33 sailplanes with standard airworthiness certificates. Gliders of similar performance may also participate as guests but will not be scored. Please spread the word to any 1-26 pilot you think might be interested in to trailering to 1N7 this weekend. An e-mail reply with approximate number thinking of attending would be appreciated to help us plan the event logistics. Registration will be available when arriving on site. I am sorry if you consider this message as spam. No further unsolicited e-mail will be sent regarding this meet.
