As Nominating Committee chair (ok, at this point I’m the entire committee), I
am pleased & relieved to report that at tonight’s Board meeting, Monty Sullivan
& Richard Welles were elected to fill the two vacancies on the Board, & Monty
was elected President. The Board is now back to full strength, & all required
officer positions have been filled.
