All Club Members,
Starting May 3, 2020 ELM ATCT (Tower/Approach) will be only open from 0800-1600
LCL. Outside of those hours the field will be an uncontrolled field.
You should call New York Center when you start operations and finish operations
if it occurs during the hours ELM ATCT is closed. The New York Center Watch
Desk number is 631-468-5959.
There will be airline service when the tower is closed! If you were to land at
the Elmira airport when the tower is closed contact County Operations for help
while on the airport.
