[HFbeacons] No 10m beacons hrd in Seattle today

Well, except for local k7ek of course - so I know it's the band and not my
receiver...
Got in several scans and heard all the same spurious signals. Among the worst
offenders is one at 28289, so when I can hear Bill above that you know it's a
good propagation day.
