[HFbeacons] N5MAV/B is Down

I'm not quite sure what's going on with my beacon, but it's not transmitting
as it should.  The power supply seems to be working but the HTX 100 sounds
like it's just holding a single tone.  I won't be able to experiment with it
for a while due to some business travel, but I'll shout when it's up and ask
for some spots.
