Whoa, baby, hearing the Northeast again!
I'm surprised you don't hear Neptune, NJ and Middletown, NY when you hear this
list. My check last night did not reveal "JOE", I wonder if there were problems
with that beacon, at the time, as well as when you did your scan.

My greyline period produced just over a "hand full" of signals. It's
generally not typical to hear Northeast USA beacons this late in the zulu
day......and looking at the distance's it would appear that the Winter E
propagation has started.
22:36-22:47 Z, 3 December 2015 I can hear/identify 6 ten meter beacon signals
into EM71as.
