Hi, Keith here in Amherst, NY

Got a weird one, on 28.2247 MHz there was a 30 minute string of dots, 2 per second or so. At 0115Z the dots stopped and were replaced with a 'stuttery' ID that sounded like a net buoy with troubles. It's sending what sounds like "UT" with odd spacing. Anyone else here this one?

Heard between 0030Z and 0115Z on 18 June:

28.2154 KD5CKP
28.2242 K5GJR
28.2247 "UT" Net Buoy??? IDK...
28.2255 W2DLL
28 2256 WB0LYV

28.2334 N2UHC
28.2547 KB4UPI
28.2599 AD5KO
28.2630 N5YEY
28.2691 W3HH

28.2827 W0ERE
28.2998 KF4MS

All signals were around 549 and steady, very little QSB after dark here.
