Hi, Keith here in Amherst, NYGot a weird one, on 28.2247 MHz there was a 30 minute string of dots, 2 per second or so. At 0115Z the dots stopped and were replaced with a 'stuttery' ID that sounded like a net buoy with troubles. It's sending what sounds like "UT" with odd spacing. Anyone else here this one?
Heard between 0030Z and 0115Z on 18 June: 28.2154 KD5CKP 28.2242 K5GJR 28.2247 "UT" Net Buoy???
