**Ten meters is known to often do it's own thing....Making it 99% un predictable....Looking at the reverse beacon listing seems the 1/2 frequency log of your beacon has disappeared.....I have seen this happen before when the HTX-100 rig is 10 Watts or over and there is even a slight mis-match in the antenna system....A few years back a Wisconsin beacon was logged in Washington State on 20 meters and that is when this power/antenna thing came into the picture........ I don't know **the answer to your situation but, I do know that ice and snow can effect the SWR of an antenna.**
