[HFbeacons] 10m conditions !!!!

Hi, 
    Live monitoring of the 10m band over the period
20th, 21st and 22nd, January, 2015 found a very minor 
change in conditions in IO83PI  with the appearance of a 
number of US beacons.
Sadly with the exception of K5AB the rest of the signals were
far too low to identify calls.
