communications and hope to keep involvement but things are so busy at the
moment that I am struggling to keep up.

Hi Christine,
I’ll put your name down for the negative store and wait and see a little while
to see if anyone else comes forward for the Herald archive visit.
I’m also waiting to hear from Hilary to see if she can make it in which case
two volunteers there will be useful as they can then spread the word about
compiling the inventory.

Anthony Perrin has retrieved the volumes need to answer the next list of
enquirers’ questions and they are now ready for our examination and photography.
I plan to do this on Tuesday 3rd May and am inviting somebody to join me! It
can be either morning of afternoon to suit whoever takes up the challenge (Tony
tells me that there are only four items he hasn’t managed to find which we may
be able to locate).
Please let me know if you would like to join me – first come first served

inventory is going to involve too?
Also, following that visit, I would like somebody to join me for the visit to
the Museum of Farnham’s negative store. For that visit I have not allocated a

because of space constraints there but Hilary you are also welcome to come
along for the inventory examination too).
So, please, names by return for the archive search on Tuesday 3rd May and the
negative store on a date to be determined.
