Dear all,
Its high time we all had a real meeting again I think. Sorry its been so
long but things have been rather hectic of late.
Now that the better weather is here (slight hiccup this week I think!) how
about a meeting in the Park Café?
Please can you all let have details of when you are not available over the
next couple of weeks and Ill try pick a time that most can make. For me
Mondays, Tuesdays or Fridays are best. We can either go for a morning at
10am or afternoon at 2.30pm.
Preferences please!
I hope to be able to tell you a little more about how the project is
progressing but most importantly I want to recruit you to helping with the
next stage for our team which will be taking on the archive searches for
individual enquirers (which up until now I have been doing and the waiting
list is getting longer and longer!)
I will bring along the next batch of enquiries to show you what is involved.
We have now got a pretty good system at the Herald and in the Museum of
Farnham store.
No doubt some of you will also bring along more samples of my (and others)
poor handwriting to decipher as well!
Please let me know your preferences for meeting date and time soon.
