Hello everyone, some of you may already know this but there is a website
called FreeBMD. I use it for my family history research but have also
found it useful in deciphering names on some of the wedding entries in the
ledgers.
Its really easy to use, free and saves squinting at the screen trying to
make out the writing. There is a drop down menu to chose the County you
want to search plus the year and the relevant quarter to narrow down your
choices.
