Hi creatures,
here's something, that happended to me today and I want to share with you
(because there have been no other hot-topics for a long time).
Finally it is about to happen. I guess, because of the great success of his
recent films, a local cinema, right here in the city where I live (i.e.
Oldenburg (Niedersachsen), Germany), shows a 'Peter Jackson Double Feature'.
With HC(!!!) :-) and Braindead.
A few years ago, I sent letters to a few cinemas and asked if they could show
HC. But nothing happend. Then, a few month ago, I read in a local magazine that
HC is shown in a rather small cinema that belongs to the university here in
Oldenburg. Unfortunately, that showing took place the day BEFORE I got my hands
on this magazine :-(
But on this Friday HC is on the big screen at the Cinemaxx (that's the name of
the cinema) and I already got my ticket!!! Because of this, I took a photo of
my ticket and uploaded it to this list (crazy idea I know). Then an even more
strange notion occured to me:
Maybe there are other members of this list out there, who have been lucky
enough to be allowed to get a ticket for an HC showing at any cinema. If you
could upload it, we could arrange a little collection of international HC
tickets. How is that?
