They have only pulled the primary fibre cable in to Delph drive I believe.
Most of the ducts on Heathfields have been proven to be open and have capacity
to have fibre blown down them.
As Neil suggests we need to be patient but I suspect we will see much more
progress over the next couple of months.
I'm hoping to have service by late Spring but wouldn't bet my mortgage on it.

Hi Andy, I don’t have any update myself. As I’m not on the contract personally
I’m as much in the dark as everyone. I don’t get updates. However, reading the
When & Where sites. It mentions that “Once the engineering work is completed
there is a commissioning period of up to eight weeks before an order can be
placed”. Whilst we don’t know when the engineering work will be complete, we do
know it’s started. I would take the conservative guess that we are looking at
AMJ period. Hopefully nearer to April than June. I stress it’s just a guess on
my part. What we do know is that the contract is they have to be complete by
July, and that the work is taking place. We’ve just got to sit tight and wait
