TRICARE Hosting Pharmacy Options Webinar Dec. 19

TRICARE and Military OneSource are co-hosting a webinar to educate TRICARE
beneficiaries about their options for getting prescription medications. The
webinar is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, from 1-2 p.m. EST.

is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited due to system capacity.
Participants must avoid sharing personal health information when asking a
question.
The TRICARE Pharmacy Program provides four convenient ways for beneficiaries to
get their prescriptions filled; through military pharmacies, TRICARE Pharmacy
Home Delivery, TRICARE network retail pharmacies and non-network pharmacies.
The speaker for this event is U.S. Public Health Service Rear Adm. Thomas
McGinnis, RPh, chief of the TRICARE Pharmaceutical Operations Directorate. He
began his career in 1978 at the Food and Drug Administration, eventually
becoming the deputy associate commissioner for health affairs as a drug
