You will be receiving a link to the HCAS Google Share from Google. Please keep
this link and bookmark it. There are three root folders -
Archived docs - which is currently empty and no one has access. I’ll add access
as I populate it.
High Country Audubon Share that every board member should have either editor or
commenter access to. As an editor you can add, change, and delete documents.
For example, the Secretary & President have editor access to the ‘Minutes &
Agenda’ folder. All other board members are commenters. I will put together
instructions on how to comment soon. Let me know any folder you think you need
editor access to.
There is also an Executive folder (that only the President, Vice President, &
Treasurer has access to). This contains passwords/logins/security questions.
If you have trouble accessing the ‘High Country Audubon Share’ let me know what
email you are using to sign onto the drive. Within this root folder there are
several file folders. You can sort these by name or date accessed/modified.
Look for an arrow to change the sort.
There are files in here dating back to 2007. I will be going through these and
archiving anything that is 3yrs old and no longer relevant as time permits.
Expect an email from me about anything I have questions about archiving or
keeping.
