Ah, I didn't know that and was surprised when I looked at Paradoxon's
XMLBMessage [1] and found tinyxml files there.
There is at least media-libs/opencolorio/opencolorio-1.0.9.recipe that
references libtinyxml.

We could borrow the files from Gentoo, they have a simple makefile which will 
generate a lib:
http://data.gpo.zugaina.org/gentoo/dev-libs/tinyxml/files/

OK. You mean using that Makefile and put it in "additional-files", right?

Achtung! Newbie porter questions:
That Gentoo Makefile creates the lib named
"libtinyxml.so.@MAJOR_V@.@MINOR_V@".  Should I rename that to simply
"libtinyxml.so" before packaging it?
There are html docs. Shouldn't those be put into $developDocDir in the
_devel package as well?
