[openbeos] vmware image

Hi,
I didn't know I there were distro guidelines for Haiku until Urias pointed
them out, and I've had a custom vmware image at Haikuware for some days now.
I will remove it immediately if told to.

I tried to add the disclaimer in the bootscript, but that didn't seem to
work. Is the 'alert' function implemented? This wouldn't seem suitable
though, as you want a read-only file for the disclaimer. How could I do
this?
