Sure - if someones wants to port that stuff so that we can make use of
it, feel free to do so :)
At least we don't have good tools for doing optimizations around yet,
so they may help. But I have looked around anyway, so there might be
better options, too.
It would just have been nice if they tested their malloc against more
implementations - like this, it might not be very useful at all (ie.
worse than what we already have).
