Just do a "svn diff" for all changed files, ie. if you have updated
files in src/kits/interface and headers/os/interface you would get the
diff like this:
$ svn diff src/kits/interface headers/os/interface > mypatch
Of course, you can also add single files to that diff by specifying
their path.
