Couple of things...

Note that it does say "non-solicited". Well, you can't get there from here. 
You have to sign up and confirm for this list. Secondly, "commercial" email. 
There hasn't been any of that, either. So I guess I don't have to start 
signing checks. :-D

Finally, troy has left the list.
