Hi Jean and Peter (since its night time in Europe, I dont expect you to read
this email for a couple of hours).

If we're serious about our project, then we need to start with the
requirements faze. I've prepared a few links which will assist us with
gathering information about the design of network architectures, which
should be compulsory reading during the next few weeks.

1) First, a lot of papers from the MIT Computer Science Institute on Next
Generation Internet Architectures:
http://www.isi.edu/newarch/docs.html
http://www.ana.lcs.mit.edu/anaweb/papers.html

2)The compulsory BMessage and newsletter archieves:
http://www.be.com/developers/bmessage/

3) From your favourite book store:
TCP/IP volumes 1,2 and 3, Dougles Comer
TCP/IP Network Protocol (Operating System Source Code Secrets, Vol 4), Lynne
G Jolitz

4) Finally, the various open source distributions (ie. Linux / FreeBSD /
Darwin)
ie Linux kernel documentation http://www.linux.org/dist/kernel.html

Feel free to recommend other links which you may consider to be helpful.
