[openbeos] Benchmark

I know we are way off from this, but it will be interesting to benchmark the
end result of OBOS vs. BeOS R5. Things like boot up, latency, scheduling,
thread activation, BMessage IPC, OGL frame rate, File IO, return from a
crash, etc. It would give great confidence to audio companies and a like to
state that OBOS is X% as efficient as BeOS R5 on the same hardware.
Just something to keep in mind during coding -- that one of the joys of the
BeOS is its performance characteristics. To be slower than Linux or WinOS
in a category wont win over to many converts.
