[openbeos] About dialog box plugin

Conceptually, I like this. 
One thing to work out is what we put in there.
IOW - should only "stuff" that is part of the base distro go in there?
Or should every piece that distro makers add go in there, too.
I guess either makes some sense. 
Maybe some way to reorder the items would be nice, too.
