Ah, another one I see often: "sudo jam" - that really shouldn't be
used when installing haiku to a partition, instead the user should set
appropriate permissions on the device which is quite easy, or give
themselves permanent permission to the device (like adding oneself to
the "disk" group). Suggested use of that should pretty much be
discouraged I think.
