That doesn't sound like the best solution (why isn't it instant?), but 
I ask him to relogin.

There weren't more to it as I described in my previous post about it on 
this list (installing the plugin, and create the Wiki page).
I also wouldn't like to replicate it in the same way on the new 
installation, as it makes more sense to let Apache handle this request, 
instead of requiring Trac to do a database lookup.
