I am sorry about that; we reset all the permissions during the
transition to Drupal 6 and I may have not restored this particular one
after the migration.
Wiki editors have been re-assigned the "administer spam" permission, and
should now be able to mark comments as spam. Please, let me know if it
works for you now.
