Is it perhaps a permission issue? People who haven't historically had
any problems all of a sudden are having this same exact problem.
Thinking it may have been related to my cached login for the site, I
logged out, removed my dev.haiku-os.org and haiku-os.org cookies, and
re-logged in. I still get the same error trying to add myself as a
'cc' to #1790.
