[haiku-web] Experimental site still up

While I was googling some info earlier, I noticed that google has been
indexing pages on the following site (obfuscation intentional as we
don't need the actual URL ending up in email archives):
http://experimental2[dot]web[dot]haiku-os[dot]org
It seems this site was setup immediately after the Drupal 5 upgrade
(based on the top news item there) but I don't know if it's still in
use.
We should perhaps eliminate it, or at a minimum, add a robots.txt
there to prevent search engines from indexing it.
