[haiku-web] Anti-spam measures

Hi.
TL;DR @yahoo.com accounts have been added as a "deny" access rule to the
website. Most recent spam content and user accounts have been removed.
Anyone with content subscriptions to new forum posts (and some other
content types) is probably aware of the vast amount of spam pouring into
the website over the past few weeks. Luckily, those posts were unpublished.
All of those new spam users were using a yahoo.com account.
On the user access rules page, I added a deny rule to block them.
This should return the spam to normal levels.
