[haiku-web] Announcing Downtime of baron and all services on Sunday morning

Hi there,
due to a planned operating system upgrade, our dedicated server and all the
services running on it (subversion, trac, website) will experience a downtime
on Sunday, 20th June, starting at 10:00 CEST.
Hopefully, all services will be back at around noon, but with system upgrades
it's always a bit difficult to predict ...
I'll send out a reminder just before the work starts and will inform you when
the services are available again.
