[haiku-web] Added @yahoo.com as spam regex

Hi there,
triggered by the recent ticket spam, I have now removed the latest spammer
and have added @yahoo.com as a spam regex (those can be edited on the
'BadContent' wiki page). The effect should be that anyone with a mail
address from yahoo.com will have reduced kharma and is likely to need to
take the detour via a captcha.
Let's hope that the positive effect outweighs the negative ...
