Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3/DDR3L-1600 MHz (PC3-12800) CL11 204-Pin SODIMM
Memory for Mac
CT2K8G3S160BM / CT2C8G3S160BM
$53 USD
This would max out two of the Mac Mini's.
Um... actually, everything I read about the minis we have (at least
the ones in my possession, Macmini 3,1, 2.26ghz Core 2 Duo) they max
out at 8gb ram (2x4gb) - so it would be pointless to purchase these
16gb kits as there's a max of 4gb per slot.
We should also keep an eye out for SSD deals ;-)
I just picked up an Intel 120GB 535 SSD for under $50 - but not the
best deal. I've seen some pre-black friday deals recently for like $30
(probably was a shoddy brand though).
I'm guessing 120gb is enough for a build machine and they're
reasonably cheap. Perhaps we'll need more space if the machines are
running VMs that are building Haiku packages or something? Do we have
any metrics yet?
