Anyway, I'm organizing a coding sprint for Haiku devs in november (after
the Capitole du Libre) as there is no BeGeistert this year. So far we
have 4 developers interested (Jua, KapiX, waddlesplash and myself), plus
two GSoC students who would like to use funding from GSoC and Haiku
(Vivek and digib0y).
As you probably know, this year GSoC allocated some extra funds to this
specific purpose: getting students to attend our meetup/events. However
both student are in india and getting them to the event would, I think,
cost more than what Google granted to us. How much money is the inc
willing to spend in making this happen?
Other Haiku devs may also be interested but have limited funds, would
you also cover part of their costs? I'm also checking with the HSA and
they will likely cover booking the main room for the event, but not the
sleeping rooms and catering. But I need to know the price for all these
things before a decision is made there.
