That are first two letters of keymap file (Swedish). No references to any locale resources are made in this app.

code for Swedish. I would also suggest all-uppercase letters (SV)
instead of sentence-case (Sv).

Frankly speaking, I have very low motivation improving this stuff because it is just a workaround until Haiku get normal support for such functionality sometime in the future. :-\

This time, I just wanted to practice with localization stuff, check my localization additions in the makefile-engine and try to workaround the years-long headache with "deaf" (non-working) shortcuts on the national keymaps. :-)
