[haiku-i18n] Re: Translations update for beta2 19 May 2020

So we need to figure out whether this is a case of a missing font, or a case 
of a bug in switching
languages in this application. That's why I am curious to see if we can 
properly display Thai text
in StyledEdit.

The application is showing at least one string "Haiku!!" so this seems to be a 
font rendering problem.

We need a specific font for it: https://www.google.com/get/noto/#sans-thai and ;
integrate it with the font fallback system.
