[haiku-i18n] Suggestion and using tooltip

I have noticed, that pootle does not accept my suggestion:
Welcome to Haiku! - >Tervetuloa Haikuun!
Why?
I have also filled alt parameter of the img tag: <img
src="images/flags/gb.png" alt="englanti" />English
Here "englanti" means "English" and my meaning is that this is visible
as a tooltip on the England flag helping those Finns that do not know
what "English" mean. Same is also with the other languages.
