I have recently decided to translate Hindi for Haiku. I know that

Kindly

Very good, Arnav!
I waited a bit to see if former Hindi translators would chime in. Hi,
Dhruwat! :)
There's also a Hindi mailinglist [1] where interested people can
subscribe and discuss the Hindi translation. Maybe you two could work
on the wiki pages [2], esp. the terminology page that is still empty.
Doing that will make it easier to achive consistency with changing
translators. Have a look at the terminology page of other languages to
see where others felt a need to define terms.
I granted you the needed permissions at pootle and the wiki.
Happy translating!
Regards,
Humdinger
