[haiku-development] x86_write_msr (bug #4226)

Hi,
in bug #4226 there is a crash reported when switching the cpu frequency. It seems it happens when calling the syscall x86_write_msr. I assume it happend because it is a multicore cpu. Anything to keep in mind when calling x86_write_msr on a multi core cpu?
