[haiku-development] x86 boot floppy/cd broken

I fixed some changed driver rules, but the floppy (and so cd) boot
image is currently broken.
the .tgz is put at offset 192kB in the image, while zbeos happily goes
269kB...
It's still possible to fix it by chaning the offset in the Jamfile and
shell.S, but maybe zbeos should take some diet too... we're getting to
269+1071=1340kB, not much left.
