[haiku-development] svn issue ?

I get this today on svn up:

bash: line 1: /usr/bin/svnserve: Permission denied
svn: Connection closed unexpectedly

And it seems I'm not alone.
Do we have hit a hard limit on berlios or is their svn server crashes
??
