[haiku-development] WebPositive compile time dependencies

Hi,
is one supposed to be able to compile WebPositive as an individual jam
target? I thought it would download the WebKit libraries and headers
automatically. It obviously works in the context of building an image,
but apparently not when trying to build just WebPositive. Is this an
oversight or do I need to configure something differently on my side?
