Yes you are correct. But even the "Add-ons" menu does not have the new
icon. It has the default icon for Add-on.
Looking at the makefile and rdef all seems correct.
You may want to check a few things, some suggestions :
* The converted icon itself isn't valid for some reason, so, just as test,
using another add-on icon will spot that.
* The haiku build system is doing something that the makefile engine
doesn't do?
* As said...some of your modifications may have changed something?
In general, you should be able to find and debug the part where the icon is
loaded from app's resources and drawn in the menu.
However, I'd say to don't bother with that too much...the icon isn't so
important at this point and you can solve this issue later.
